Kobe Biidoro is a restaurant located at Ofuna Station, a 15-minute train ride from Yokohama Station, where you can eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and meat hotpot! This time we ordered ala carte, but they also have an all-you-can-eat course, so it felt like a great deal! They have a wide variety of rare cuts, so I was able to try some cuts I've never tried before and it was a lot of fun! ◼︎Murata Beef Upper Set One serving is two slices of each type of meat! The types seem to change depending on the day. On this day, there were four types: Zabuton/Kainomi/Upper Kalbi/Kurimi! I liked Kainomi the best, which has the best sweet fat. ☺️ ◼︎Murata Beef Grilled Yukhoe Style (Sukiyaki Sauce) In the photo, it looks like lean meat, but in reality it's meat with just the right amount of fat! It melts in your mouth! You can also choose to season it with green onion and salt! ◼︎Special Tongue Thinly sliced tongue with a nice texture! I want to put lots of sauce on it and eat it with rice~ ◼︎Murata Beef Misuji It's lighter than it looks, and I really like it! It's my favorite! I could eat as many slices as I want, it has a bit of a chewy texture, and it has the best of both tongue and lean meat!
