やっぱり美味しいポークのハンバーグ
Unique and delicious pork Hamburg!
My younger child finished school early today, so my family and I visited Kitchen Polk for lunch. I was there around the same time the store opened, so I was the first one there, and after that, people started coming in even during weekday lunch hours. I was surprised at how delicious Hamburg was! The taste matches my family's tastes, and it's delicious. The scores are almost only for Hamburg. Let's hope that fillet cutlet will be on the menu eventually. I ate the loin cutlet, but it didn't count in my score. When the fillet cutlet arrives, I think I'll reflect the cutlet's evaluation in the score.ーーーーー Lunch Menu Iwanaka Pork Coarsely Ground Hamburg 250g 1320 yen Shared with my wife Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. While making the best use of the pork ingredients, it is light and goes perfectly with the sauce (maybe ginger sauce?) that brings out the pork. The combination of these two is wonderful! That's how I ended up ordering a 250g Hamburg, even though I thought I'd get tired of it halfway through (although I shared it with my wife). It's delicious. Iwanaka pork loin cutlet 200g 1,540 yen Shared with my wife I don't like the loin as it is a bit greasy, but since it was my first time, I ordered it to try it out. The cutlet is cooked between medium-rare and medium-rare to maintain its tenderness, so the flavor stays the same. This is a dish that makes you think that if you have ``fillet cutlet'', it will definitely be delicious. I think it's irresistible for people who like loin cutlet. Coarsely ground Iwanaka pork Hamburg 300g 1540 yen For children 300g. It looks huge! However, as mentioned above, this Hamburg never gets boring, and even my 11-year-old child ate it all by himself! An 11-year-old child is very picky about taste, but I think the fact that he ate 300g of it all shows just how great the taste is. Jasmine Tea Hot This dish goes perfectly with hot tea. It was very nicely cooked, but pork is pork, so a hot cup of tea at the end made me feel refreshed and comforted.

家族４人で平日ディナーに予約して訪問。
今回は、ハンバーグ以外にもいくつか一品料理を注文。
ハンバーグ以外にも絶品料理がありました。フライドポテト トリュフパルミジャーノも美味しい！
ハンバーグ３００ｇは結構な量ですが、１５歳長男・１１歳次男、ともに、下記の４品をシェアで食べた後に、３００ｇハンバーグ完食～。私も妻も食べれるかなと思いつつ、４品シェアの後に２５０ｇハンバーグ完食させていただきました！

パルミジャーノにトリュフの組み合わせが絶妙。これは美味い！まあ、フライドポテトにパルミジャーノが降りかかってて、そこにトリュフとくれば、美味いのは想像できますが、それがこのお値段！
タコとその日野菜のアヒージョ ８８０円
自家製フォカッチャ ２００円
こちらはワインのおつまみにちょうど良いところではありますね。味はあっさり目。
おそらく、その後のポークがたっぷり出てくることを考えると、あっさり目の味が最適なのかなと思います。
エビとヤリイカのフリット ８８０円
こちらもあっさりとしたフリットで嫌味が全くない。旨い～。

２度目ですがやっぱり絶品と思います。ジンジャーと思われるものをベースにしたソースはポークにぴったりの良い組み合わせ。表面をカリカリに焼いたハンバーグでメンチカツとハンバーグのあいの子みたいな感じですね。メンチバーグがハンバーグ寄りのメンチカツ（メンチカツがベース）とすると、こちらのハンバーグはメンチカツ寄りのハンバーグ（ハンバーグがベース）という印象です。

普段食べないショコラ系のスイーツですが、久々ホットワインを注文したので、ホットワインに合わせるためにいただきました。
