GWの昼にかみさんと伺いました。
鎌倉で食事の予約をと思いいろいろ考えていたときに
前から一度伺ってみたいと思っていた以ず美さんにしてみました。
予約の電話での
ご主人の対応や気配りに名店の期待が高まりました。
当日は長谷周辺は大変混むとの事で
少し前に伺った正解でした。
自分たち以外にもう一人いたのですが
その方は一時間も前に鎌倉に着いているようですが
江ノ電の大混雑で電車に乗るのに行列で一時間近く遅れて来店されていました。
そんなわけで自分たち二人の貸し切り状態でちょっと緊張しましたが
店主と二言三言会話していくうちに
だいぶ打ち解けて、魚のこと仕事のこと地元のことなど
いろいろと会話できることができて
大変貴重でラッキーな時間を過ごすことができました。
当然料理は
はじめの小鉢などから江戸前鮨まで大満足の内容でした。

鮨はかなりの貫数で
結構な数が出ますが少し小さめの綺麗な鮨なので大丈夫でした。
今回はどれも美味しかったのですが特に
蒸し鮑、金目、鯖、鳥貝、玉子が逸品の鮨でした。
美味しい鮨を楽しみつつ
店主との会話で鮨の奥深さを教えていただき
改めて以ず美さんに伺ってみて良かったと思いました・・・・・。
