鎌倉の名店
とても柔らかい鰻。
箸で持ち上げてすぐに崩れる程の柔らかさ♪タレの甘さがとても少なくて美味しい！私は甘いタレより、少し濃くて甘さが少ないタイプが好みです。皆さんはどうでしょうか？
焼き方も、関西風と関東風では違います。
どちらも好きですね。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で和食をいただくにはとても良かったです。鰻はとても大好きで毎日食べても飽きませんねwさて、明日への活力を付けて。
