ふら〜〜っと予約した鰻屋さん
文豪川端康成先生からも愛されたお店とのこと
予約時に価格の差を尋ねてみました
いずれも鰻一匹を使用だが大きさがちがうとのこと
せっかくなので一番大きなうな重と肝吸いを注文
お店の扉をあけると一気に昭和感
事前に予約を入れていたのでほぼ時間通りに着重
お重は歴史を感じる朱塗りの鎌倉彫
蓋をあける
なかからみごとなてりかがやく鰻
そしてふわ〜〜っと芳ばしくもあまい薫り
箸をいれるとふくよかに
そして皮は炭火でこうばしく
ひとくちいただくともうたまりません
あますぎずきれのあるたれ
こだわりのごはんは小粒でしっかりめ
たれとの相性もとってもいい
途中で山椒を少々
かけるときゅっとひきしまる
肝吸いのお出汁の薫りがやさしい
みつばの清涼感
香の物でさっぱりと
昭和の空気を感じながら五感で味わえました

入り口の鯉も末永く長生きしてください
