The chef prepares the food almost by himself, so if we receive a large number of orders at once, it will take some time to serve your order. 入ってみたらカウンター席に案内していただけました。
お料理の提供に少しお時間がかかるとの事でしたが
全く気にならない適度でした。
ピザにはふっくらとしたしらすと桜えびが
惜しみなくたっぷりとトッピングされていて
もっちりとしたピザ生地とのバランスも良く
素材の美味しさを存分に味わえる一品
レモンや唐辛子オイルとの相性も抜群✨
パスタは上に乗ったエビがプリップリで
レモンの酸味と香りを活かしたクリームソースが
モチモチなパスタと絡んで絶品
パスタをシェアするかお声掛けいただき
別々のお皿に分けて提供してくださるという
ホスピタリティの高さも伺えました✨
鎌倉行くとシラス丼食べがちだったけれど
イタリアンも良いなって思わせてくれたお店
また鎌倉を訪れた際は再訪したいです
