鎌倉駅にほど近い食堂。外観も店内も、良くも悪くも昭和の食堂。
日曜の昼過ぎ、観光客で混んでいる小町通りとは裏腹に客はまばら。食事にしようかとも考えたが、瓶ビールを注文。
ちょっとしたワケがあり、瓶ごと交換してもらう。ホール担当の外国人も快く応じてくれた。
メンチカツ300円、本日のサラダ、露地キュウリとスモークサーモンを注文。飲みに徹することにした。
店内は、カレーを食べる男性1人、飲んだくれてクダを巻く女性2人、食事をする老夫婦、客層的には嫌いではない雰囲気。
トンカツがあったり、しらす丼があったりと、あまり節操がないラインナップ。
サラダはお安いので文句を言ってはいけないかな。
こばえが飛んでるのも気になった。
古くて雰囲気がある店はどちらかというと好きなのだが、ちょっと引っかかるところが多過ぎた。
