七里ガ浜駅から徒歩3分程、R134号沿いに建つ絶品イタリアン「SICILIANA（シチリアーナ）」にお邪魔してきました。今回、鎌倉食材をふんだんに取り入れたシェフのお任せコース（6000円）をいただいたのですが、とにかくすべてがボリューム満点！何をいただいても美味しくて驚きました。
先ずは生ビール（620円）で乾杯です。小坪で獲れたというホウボウはカルパッチョで。これからが旬の身締まりの良いホウボウは、たっぷりのトマトとハーブを合わせ香り良く仕上げてありました。いくらの塩味、ケッパーの酸味が絶妙です。
惜しげもない厚切りのパテカンは粗挽き食感が食べ応え抜群！口どけの良さにもうっとりです。ホールのホワイトペッパーに粒マスタードが肉の旨味を惹き立てますね。ハヤトウリのマリネが良い箸休め。ベリーズ・グッド・オーディナリー・クラレット（ボトル/4620円）と。
カリフラワーのポタージュにはなんと黒トリュフペーストが添えてありました。フレッシュなオリーブオイルを添えることでより柔らかい口当たりに。これでもかと使われたポルチーニのトマトソースパスタも然り、シェフは香りの使い方が素晴らしいですね。
しっかりと脂が乗りつつも控えめな味わいのサヨリは白ワインで蒸してふっくら仕上げ、雲丹のクリームソースをたっぷり絡めていただきます。口いっぱいに広がる旨味に悶絶！自家製のふわふわフォカッチャでソースも余すことなくいただきました。
メインディッシュは鴨ローストの赤ワインソース。デザートにはティラミスとカシスのシャーベットをいただき大満足！ちょっぴり遠回りしつつ海風に当たりながら余韻と共に帰路に着いたのでした。美味しくて楽しかった！ご馳走さまです。
