飲み友さんにお誘い頂き1年ぶり？に鎌倉の「ete」に行って来ました。
毎回シェフのアイディア満載のお料理が楽しく、頂くワインも美味しく、もっと家から近かったら良いのにと思います。
今回頂いた白子の味がめっちゃ濃厚でワインをガッツリ飲みたくなる衝動を抑えるのが大変でした。
終電の時間があり最後のデザートはかけ足で食べましたが、ワンオペでデザート2種も出して頂ける幸せ
お腹いっぱいで眠くなるのを堪えながらの帰宅が大変でした（笑）

・手羽餃子（ホタテのムースとハーブ、蟹、オリーブ）
