質も量もCPも鬼クラス
鎌倉の予約困難店ですが、ようやく行くことができました。
場所は、鎌倉駅から長谷寺方面に江ノ電の線路を超えて15分くらい。この辺りの雰囲気はリゾートの仄かな感じで最高です。
まー、画像を見て分かる通り、これでもかってくらいに食材と皿をぶつけていただいて、美味しい、美味しい、美味しい、美味しい、あ、またこれ美味しい、とあっという間に2.5時間過ぎてお会計です。
途中から、シェフのハイテンションのお笑いショーまでいただいて、そのお会計が、たったの8800円。
予約が困難になる訳です。
湘南エリアで最高のフレンチ店だと思われます。

昨年4月に初来店でしたが、この度は2回めの予約がとれたので頂きました。
いやはや、ディナータイム8,800円のコース料理で、ここまで楽しめるお店はないです。
藤本シェフがお一人で調理、盛り付け、サーブに会計も高速動作でやって、更には軽快なトークで店内を爆笑させています。業務違いですが持った感想として、恐ろしく仕事ができる感じです。
さて、お皿ですが、今回はやはり蝦夷鹿ロースが美味しかったです。やや熟成されてトロ味とアーモンド匂で最高です。
