ライティングからなんといい雰囲気か！
照らされたテーブルは料理が美味しく見える明るさ。
席の周りと食事の空間の照明が最高。
たくさんのお料理頂きました。
どれもソースの深さがすごい。
食材とソースを絡めた時の感動が確かなもの。
食材と調味料の合わせがこんなにも口内を幸せにするのか。。。。
料理の具体名はしっかりメモに取ったけれど、
ここは実際に行って、シェフとコミュニケーションとって
是非その場を楽しんで欲しいなぁ。。。

全てが食事を楽しむという１つのイベントに向かっている。
食事は楽しい。食材と作り手に感謝しながら笑顔で食べることができたこのお店が、僕は大好き。
