一年前から訪問したかったお店。やっと行く事が出来ました。コースメニューのみ完全予約制です。
詳しい内容は当日まで分からないのですが、コースに最初の一杯が含まれており、沢山の中から選ぶ事が出来るのですが、迷わずシャンパンを選択。もうこれだけでコスパサイコーの予感。
コースはフレンチですが、私のこれまでの概念が完全に覆されました。フレンチは少量を時間をかけて食べるイメージだったのですが、こちらのお店ではこれでもかといった品がテンポ良く提供され、それぞれの質、量のクオリティーがとても高い。しかもそれを店主たった一人でこなしている。席は全席カウンターになり、調理している所が終始丸見え。物凄いライブ感で、食事もさる事ながらその姿に見入ってしまいました。料理はもちろん全て満足の行くものだっのは言うまでもないのですが、特にソースが美味い。その中でもカニのたっぷり入ったバーニャカウダのソースがサイコーでした。出来る事ならこれだけでも食べに行きたい。
是非また訪問したいと思います。予約難易度が高いのでいつの日になることやら。
