I was lucky to get a reservation at ete. The restaurant only has counter seats. From the seat, you can see the chef in action as if he were there live, and you can't help but stare at him. Each dish is carefully prepared, and when you hear the details, you'll be surprised by the ingredients, which makes it exciting to enjoy. The sauces in particular were very delicious, and the dish of foie gras with pumpkin and ganache sauce was particularly exquisite. And the bagna cauda sauce was made with crab, which was also delicious. After finishing the vegetables, we dipped our bread in it. There were two desserts. The black sesame and coffee blancmange was refreshing, but the harmony of black sesame and coffee spread richly in our mouths, and the second Ice cream was a dish of Guinness beer and barley tea Ice cream. It was so delicious that I wish they would make it into a product, and it was a satisfying dinner until the end. The chef was very funny, and I couldn't stop laughing at the conversations we had from time to time. It was good value for money and the portions were perfect. The taste was also great, so it's no wonder it's difficult to make a reservation.
