鎌倉 長谷駅にある小さなプリン屋さん。
横須賀市にある関口牧場から牛乳、三浦半島の安田養鶏場育から卵を仕入れています。
生産者の顔が見れるスイーツはありそうで少ないかと思います。
素材(卵、牛乳)の美味しさを感じる事の出来るトロトロ系プリン。
長谷の大仏や長谷寺に行った後で一休みするのに丁度良い位置にあります。
プリンは400〜500円程度で外のペンチで食べれます。
プリンを嫌いな女性は聞いたことがありませんし、鎌倉感があるお店なので喜ばれると思います。
