暫く空いてしまった 娘とのスイーツ巡り！
灯台下暗しとはまさにこの事で。。。徒歩5分の所には所狭しとスイーツだ、レストランだあるのに、行く所は何時も決まってる、、、
今日は娘が前からずーーーっと気になっていたプリン屋さんにプリンを買いに行くと限定の『抹茶塩あんこモンブランプリン』を発見。
どこで区切ったらいいのか分からぬ長い名前のスイーツを目をキラッキラさせながら指をさしてる娘ちゃん。
って事で、抹茶フレーバーが大好きな娘がヨダレ垂らしそうな勢いだったので、食べましょうよ！！ （因みにこれは、イートイン限定のメニューなんです）
プリンショーケースの奥に小さいテーブルがあり、その奥にキッチンがあります。そこで生搾りの抹茶モンブラン作ってるんですねぇ
この抹茶モンブランの中には、抹茶プリン、クリーム、アンコが入ってます。その上に抹茶モンブランがふんだんにかかってて、更にアンコがトップに。
ほのかに栗を感じつつも、抹茶の深い濃く。
しかし、柔らかクリームと弾力のあるアッサリとした抹茶プリンがとても合いますね。
娘はフガフガいいながらあっという間に平らげてました。
