鎌倉の鶴岡八幡宮参拝して小町通りをぶらぶら！お腹が空いてきたので、せっかくの名物の生しらすを食べたいと思い、こちらに伺いました。
いつも鎌倉に来た際は、人気なお店や定番を食すのがいつものルーティンで、帰り際には地元スーパーなどに立ち寄り「地産地消」野菜など買って帰ります。
店内は明るく広々としてカジュアル！一人でも入りやすい雰囲気があります！週末とあって結構な賑わいです〜豊富なメニューから何しようか迷いましたが、やはり鎌倉来たらと２人とも「生しらす」の入った丼にしました〜私は「生しらす＆釜揚げしらす丼/2色丼」連れは好みの海鮮をチョイスしての「5色丼」を頼みました！それと「鎌倉地酒3種飲み比べセット」です。
他のお客様は何食べてるのかとチラ見すると「3色丼」「4色丼」など海鮮たっぷり海鮮丼を食されてる方が多かったです。
生しらす丼は、生のシラスに専用の醤油をかけて食べます！美味しいですね〜期待以上の生しらすに大満足！プリプリの食感が楽しめました。
「生しらす」は鮮度が落ちるのが早く、水揚げ当日にしか食べることができないのですが、鎌倉食堂さんは鮮度の良い状態の時に瞬間冷凍をし鮮度を保っているので、年間通していつでも食せるとのことでした〜「生しらす」は現地で食べるからこそ美味しい♪またの機会に各種海鮮丼などを食してみようと思います。
