パン屋襲撃2軒目
夕方なのでレストランはやってなかった。
パソも売りけれがいくつも。
バゲット190円
くろわさん330円と
くろわさんがヴィロン級に高い。
かなり大きくて 浅野屋並み。
層は多くてサクッと感もそこそこ。
表面はカリカリすぎない。
バゲットはムーランブルジョワと北海道小麦のブレンドでルヴァン。
クラストもクラムも柔らかい。
重さもミニなのに重め。
気泡は多過ぎず少な過ぎず。
ツナを入れてサンドにしたがサンドの相性がいい。
単体で食べるより適しているのかも。
態々再訪はないけどまた “ゆ”いがはまに来た時は寄るかも。
