築地の一凛とか有楽町のTexturAは行ったことがあるけども、今回初めて神奈川でも名店のヌーベルシノワであるイチリンハナレへ。
鎌倉の住宅地っていいよね、静かなところ。
めちゃくちゃ日本家屋で四川料理がでてくる。
なお、車は入ってこれないので注意。タクシーで行ったほうがいいかも？
○ランチコース ¥17,000 ＋サービス、ドリンク代
他、季節によってメニューが変わるそう。
食材は日本のもので、ペアリングもみりんが出てきたり20年ものの紹興酒が出てきたり、とにかくこだわりがすごい。

鮟肝の紹興酒漬けは、ちびちび食べてお酒が進む（ペアリングにみりん！）感じ。
よだれどりは他の店舗でもシグネチャーになってるけども食べれてよかった。
焼きフカヒレ
焼いてるフカヒレは初めてかも。フカヒレって焼くとあんな香りなんだ…
五島列島（さわらのスパイス揚げ）
さわらだっけ？スパイス揚げもなかなか新鮮。めちゃくちゃ香ばしい。
マグレカナール
麻婆豆腐には鱈の白子が2個イン。ご飯も出てくるよ。
最中はTexturAも似たようなのが出たw紹興酒のアイス！が入ってるけども、キャラメル感あって不思議な感じ。美味。
常連さんになって齋藤オーナーと話せるくらいには
もうちょっと大人にならないとな〜
と思えたランチでした。お名前聞きそびれたけどももうお一人の方とよくお話しできました。
また行きたいな。
