わざわざ中華料理を外に食べに行くことがないのでお店の麻婆豆腐がどんなものなのか比べようがないのですが、少なくとも家のものとは段違い
こんな美味いものがあるのかとびっくりした
口に入れた瞬間に旨みが広がり甘さを感じたあと徐々に程よい辛味がくる
毎度口に入れるたびに、うんまっ！ってなる
だが、この最初の甘み(甜麺醤？)が最後の方はくどくなる可能性もある
自分は連れとルーローハンをシェアしたからよかったが、連続で麻婆豆腐ばかり食べていると少し気になってきたところがあった
あとホアジャオと山椒はかけすぎに注意！
少量しかかけなかったのに舌の痺れが数時間残りました笑
