コロナの影響が少しずつ薄らいで来たところですね。少し時間を外したら、すんなり入店。「いらっしやい。」大将の爽やかな掛け声に気分良く着席。
大海老天ぷら蕎麦をお願いします。少し時間がかかりました。揚げたてを頂けるのね。期待しますよ。
到着しました。大海老以外にも野菜天が。嬉しい。先ずは蕎麦から。うん。蕎麦の香りは薄いかなぁ。見た感じは蕎麦だけど。何口か口に運ぶと確かに蕎麦ね。
さて揚げたての天ぷら。あれれ。揚げたてではありませんでした。ただ個人的には揚げたてよりも数分置いた方が油も衣も落ち着き、食材に馴染むと思うのです。なので温度はほぼ好み。
段々と観光客が戻り、中々入れなくなる前に様子見ができてよかった。ご馳走様。
