30年ぶりに鎌倉へGO！
わたしの吉方位は西南、73km離れている鶴岡八幡宮へ！
祐気（良い 気）をたっぷり身体に浴びなくちゃ
大学時代の恩師が杉本寺の近くに住んでいたので、
レッスンを受けるためによく通いました。懐かし〜な〜
久しぶりだけど、道は完璧に覚えてるもんね！
暦が「先勝」だったので、ランチはあら珠でヒレカツ定食と決めておりました！
瓦屋根と白暖簾が印象的よね。。
まずはビール（サッポロ黒生）に釜揚げしらす☜大人になったわww
栃木県産那須高原豚のヒレカツ
小 / 80ｇにしました。
ご飯は新潟県産魚沼産コシヒカリ
ソースはトマトをベースに十数種類の野菜と果実を使った無添加、無着色
キャベツに掛けて頂くドレッシングは
イタリアから取り寄せた赤い果肉のブラッドオレンジ（甘く多汁で非常に香りが良い）をベースに
ノンオイルで仕上げたヘルシー満載ですよ。。
