When I go to a tonkatsu restaurant, I often order katsudon. Usually, most restaurants serve cabbage together with the tonkatsu, so I was disappointed that it didn't come with katsudon, but here they put a lot of cabbage in a big salad bowl at the beginning, so I was satisfied that I could eat a lot of cabbage even with katsudon! There are two types of dressings available: vegetable and blood orange. I had to have more cabbage twice! And the katsudon was delicious - I prefer loin katsu after all!
