衣張山ハイキングの際に寄りました。沖縄そばとソーキそば何が違うのかと思えば、ソーキそばはスペアリブが乗っているとのことで、こちらを注文。甘辛に煮たお肉が骨から箸でポロッと取れる柔らかさ。かまぼこはなんとも言えませんが、島唐辛子の辛みを加え、美味しくいただきました。観光客より地元の人たちが使っている感じでした。
