岩中豚ロースかつ定食を注文
ころもは低温揚げの白いころも
ほんのりピンク色のきれいなロース
まずはそのままいただきます
低温あげだからかアツアツ感はあまりない
ロース肉はやわらかい揚げ具合
次にこまかめの岩塩をつけていただく
とんかつソースは野菜のあまみたっぷり
からしをつけてころもと肉によくあうあう
ごはんはかたもっちち
こちらもほっかほかではないごはん
