本格タイ料理。味付けは大変に美味い。
ガパオライス￥1,100(税込み)
タイ米(と思われる)を使ったワンプレート。
味付けはとても美味しい。
量がとても少なく、それほど食べない宮廷楽長も、まったく足らなかったので家内が頼んだパッタイを少しもらう。パッタイはパクチー薫り、とても美味しい。
サラダとけんちん汁(≒タイ風？)がつく。
コストパフォーマンスは、お世辞にもいいとは言えない。

ゆかは下地スラブあらわし。
天井は貼らずにデッキプレートあらわし。
配管事情から厨房とトイレは床レベルを上げている。
【トイレチェック】
LIXILの小型手洗器セット。
ロッカースペースがトイレへの動線まえに配置されているので廊下幅が非常に狭く、スムースにトイレへたどり着けない。
トイレ自体はとても綺麗です。

今日はお客さんにご馳走になった。
自分はカオマンガイにライチジュース。
お客さんは本日のきまぐれランチを食べておられた。これにジャスミン茶。
蒸し鶏に唐辛子とナンプラーをかけると大変美味しい。パクチーもよい。
タイ米が本当にマッチしていて(当たり前か)、このうえなく美味しかった。
が、いかんせん量が少ない。
もう少しライスの量など増やしてもらえるとありがたいのだが…。
まあご馳走になっていて言うことではないか。
