ランチで訪問。
場所は鎌倉駅東口を出て
小町通りの反対側方面に歩いてすぐの
雑居ビルの3階にあります。
お店自体は狭くてワンオペだけど
かなり混んでる。。。
客層はタイ料理屋さんらしく
女性が多めかな。
食べたのは、
プーニムパッポンカリー 1,300円
まずサラダ。
タイ式の春雨が入ってたりして本格的。
ちょっとひと工夫があるサラダって
テンション上がるよね。
味付けもしっかりエスニック味で良い。
次にスープ。
コレは不思議な味。
エスニックなんだけど和風出汁感もある。
ホッとするスープ。
次にメインカレー。
まず、メインのソフトシェルが美味い！！
揚げ具合が絶妙かつ塩味も良い塩梅。
卵炒めにしなくて、
酒のアテとしても絶対旨いやつ。
あと周りのたまごも半熟トロトロで、
生の食感が残った玉ねぎも
良いアクセントになっててよし！
最後に唐辛子の粉みたいなの入れると
しっかりスパイシーになって美味しい！！
全体的に濃い味だしガッツリなタイ料理だった。
基本的にタイ本場ってよりは、
しっかり日本に寄り添ってくれてる味付けなのも
自分的には凄く合ってた。かなり好み！！
自分的にはかなり好みっていろいろあるよね。
自分は「宇多田ヒカル」は顔が好き！！
歌じゃなくてwww
なんか好みのど真ん中なんだよなぁ。
まぁそんな感じで自分の心をストレートに
射抜いてくれたタイ料理かなー。
って事で、このお店は
フツーにレベルの高いタイ料理屋だった。
濃い味タイ料理が好きな人にはオススメかな。
