前にこの界隈を歩いていて、こちらのお店の前を通った時から気になっていました。
今回、こちらでランチをすることに。
予約してから向かいました。
3周年を迎えたようで、店内にはお祝いのお花が飾られていました。今回、パスタランチとパエリアランチのドルチェ付きにしました。パスタとパエリアはシェアしました。
ブルスケッタは、スモークした鶏肉、ポテトサラダと紫キャベツがトッピングされたフォカッチャ、こちらは手でいただきました。
スープはミネストローネ、優しい味で、野菜がとろとろとろけていて美味しい。
パエリアは魚介の旨味を十分すっていましたし、パスタは麺がもちもちでした。
お店の方が勘違いでドルチェが出てくるのが遅かったですが、総じてお味、対応とも素晴らしいと思いました。
最後にとても美味しかったことを伝えて、お店を後にしました。
その時も勘違いしていたことを謝られましたが、全然嫌な気持ちにならなかったのは、お店に入った時からの接客が良かったからかなと思いますᵔᢦᵔᵔᢦᵔ
また来よう。
追記
ボンゴレが用意できないと言う事でしたが、こちらでは冷凍あさりを使っておらず、この日は生のあさりの仕入れができなかった、ということでした。
