山の日のお盆三連休に鎌倉を訪問した。
かなり暑い日であったものの、本日朝しらすが取れたとの情報をTwitterから入手したため、暇だし行ってみるかといざ鎌倉へ。
昼時の12時半過ぎに店に到着。店の前には生しらすののぼりがあり、私の前に3組並んでいるが、10分ほど待てば入店できたので助かる。
注文してから5分も経たずにでてきた。
以前他の店で食べた時は、朝取れたものではなく冷凍だったので、ちょっと微妙な食感と見た目だったが、今日は本日取れたものということで、冷凍とは違い、美味。
旬の時期に食べられて良かったと安堵。次は10月くらいに来てみたいですね。
