祝日に鎌倉小町通りエリアにある海鮮丼店に訪れました〜この海鮮丼店は有名なようで到着した時には3組ほどの人が待っていました。
メニューを見ると、まぐろ、生しらす、生サーモン、いくら、ウニなど、海鮮種類が豊富な丼があたくさん〜思い切って「5色丼」と「3色丼」などを注文しました。
新鮮な刺身は厚めで美味しかったです！やっぱり生しらすの存在感が強く鎌倉らしさを感じられる一品でした。また、サーモンやネギトロとの相性も抜群で、5色丼を選んでよかったと思います。
3色丼の釜揚げしらす、サーモン、イクラなど組み合わせが絶妙で極上の味わいでした。サーモンは口の中でとろけるような食感で、釜揚げしらすはふっくらとした食感でバランスが最高でした。
スタッフの丁寧な仕事ぶりが心地よく感じられました！人気店なので開店前に訪れることをおすすめします。
