鎌倉駅西口のガーデンハウス系列のホテル?というか結婚式ビジネス始めたのでレストランもやってますって感じ。
土曜日だが天気悪いの分かるが客自分たち1組だけ。
にもかかわらず食事の途中で店員見当たらず呼んでも来ない。
他に客いないだろうが！
注文した物も出てこないので確認するとオーダー入っていない…
この会社相変わらず客に塩対応しか出来ない。
料理は本店も横浜駅のパン屋もいいのに勿体ない。
こうなると接客の企業理念の問題なんだろうな～
