鎌倉・由比ガ浜にあるガーデンオーベルジュ「BIRD HOTEL - GARDEN HOUSE（バードホテル ガーデンハウス）」
鎌倉のレストランGARDEN HOUSEによる初のガーデンオーベルジュ業態。“WITH NATURE”と“YOU ARE WHAT YOU MEET”がコンセプト。
イタリアンをベースとし、炭火を活用した料理。モーニングからディナータイムまで、ガーデンオーベルジュならではの「GARDEN CUISINE」をテーマとして。
北カリフォルニアの食の考え方に影響を受けたGARDEN HOUSEのキーワード“Season-Inspired”（旬）と “Fine-Crafts”（手作り）、神奈川県産の食材を活用した“Eat Local”（地産地消）に、イタリアンをベースとしたメニューを提供。
BIRD HOTELという名前には、鎌倉店同様、緑豊かなガーデンに、世界中から様々な鳥、動物、人々が集まるような場所にしたいという願いを込めています。
渋谷「CHOW CHOW」、魚介ビストロ「PEZ」の菅原 悠氏が、メニュー開発。代官山「Ata」で研鑽を積み、「Good Luck Curry」を立ち上げました。その他、Actusのレストランや、hotel koeのカフェkoe’ lobbyのプロデュースなどに携わったのち、株式会社GREENINGに参画しました。
運営するのは「THINK GREEN PRODUCE」。系列店はGARDEN HOUSE鎌倉、「WEEKEND HOUSE ALLEY」、GARDEN HOUSE Shinjuku、『Megan＆Patisserie』、「CHOWCHOW」、など。

トーストプレート ケールとオレンジ・ドライフルーツのサラダ、自家製グラノーラ、シーズナルフルーツ4種、ヨーグルト、スープ、etc。
お願いしたのは「トーストプレート」これに「本日のスープ」、「ドリンク」を付けます。
【スープ】
「冷たいじゃがいものポタージュ」
冷製。じゃがいものほっこりした旨味の滑らかなスープ。オリーブオイルをかけて風味づけ。。

『GHC自家製酵母カンパーニュ』
カラメリゼの風味とほろ苦さのある芳ばしいパン。軽くトーストされます。ガーデンハウスのベーカリー業態GARDEN HOUSE CRAFTSのカンパーニュ。
「目玉焼き＆べーコン」
黄身はほぼ半熟のサニーサイドアップ。鎌倉富岡商会のベーコンを良く焼きで添えられます。
「ケールサラダ」
ケールにビネグレットドレッシングを使ったサラダ。オニオンチップ、ドライレーズン、オレンジ、パルメザンチーズを散らして。
【飲み物】
「コーヒー」
酸味強めですがミルクを入れてちょうどよい塩梅。おかわり自由です。
宿泊者以外も利用できるレストラン。鎌倉駅前にあるガーデンハウスよりもメニューは少なくなりますが席は充分あります。スタッフはとてもホスピタリテイに満ちていて気持ちが良く、一日のスタートには快適です。
