お腹に隙間があったら、その場で食べるといいね、
作ってすぐの方がサクパリだもん。
いちごが載ってるナポレオンなんて、

ハチワレは、一番シンプルなものにした。
この後も人混みを歩くので持ち帰りを考えたのと、

サクッととしっとりパイになったのは、
多分時間経過によるもの。
カラメリゼしてある部分がカリッとして
美味しい！
バターカスタードは、バターの味がしっかり、
塩味も遠くにある、
カスタードが主張しすぎてないのがいい！
バターが強すぎると上顎に脂っぽさが残ってイヤ、
カスタードが強いとバターサンドじゃないじゃん、
ってなる、わがままなハチワレだけど、
これはバランス良し(˶‾ ⁻̫ ‾ ˵)
