和食レストランの跡地にそのままの店構えでモダンスパニッシュがオープン。
雰囲気は和食レストランそのままなので、古民家な感じで、スペイン料理という組み合わせが意外と新鮮で、落ち着いた雰囲気を楽しめました。
コースでなく、その場で好きなアラカルトを注文できるのはありがたい。
妻と二人でカウンターでいただきました。
■赤エビのアロス
繊細な味付けでおいしく、ワインともとても会う感じ
今日はワイン進むなという予感
■和牛トリッパの煮込み
トリッパはついつい頼んでしまうが、好きなわけではない
が、ここのトリッパは食感もよく食べやすい
■イベリコ豚のプルーマサンドイッチ
かなりおいしい。あっさりしてて、すぐに食べ終えられる。
これはおかわりしたいぐらいに量も食える感じなので、適量をサーブしてもらっているにもかかわらず、足らないと感じるほど。次回は２人で３人分頼むのもよいかも。
■カネロニ
最後にこれは盛り上げてくれました。めちゃくちゃおいしい。
食感だけでなく、噛んでいるうちにふわっと香も漂うプロの味を感じる。
ワインともサイコーに合う
ワインの選定もよく、料理とよく合いました。
おまかせコースだけのお店も好きなのですが、アラカルトで頼めるスペイン料理はありがたい。が、アラカルトで頼めるなら、もう少しメニューが増えるともっと嬉しい。
