今年1月に六浦の岳家を閉め、2月に鎌倉の若宮大路沿い、シャングリラ鶴岡2階に『ナナメ上をゆく』と言う斬新な店名で心機一転オープン。
(お店の斜め対面は台湾料理、台湾粥の美味しい叙序圓さんです。)
ラーメンは以前の岳家時代からのご主人渾身の拘りスープ、拘りの豚肉、愛知県の吉田農園から取り寄せる野菜はそのままに、夜(週末？)は『美食酒家』としてつまみ、料理、酒も楽しめるお店。(暫くは試行錯誤、試験的な夜営業になるみたい…)
オープン早々不運なトラブルに遭われてしまいましたが、持ち前のバイタリティで是非乗り越えて欲しい‼︎
