鎌倉小町に本店を構える「とんかつ店』が鎌倉逗子ハイランドエリアに

鎌倉駅前に何年か前に突然現れたアマルフィー系列のとんかつ屋が蕎麦屋（ちくあん）の跡に進出。
ベスコングルメ（とんかつ屋）を見終わった日曜19時過ぎ、客が丁度帰ったところに入店し客は自分1人。
片付いていないテーブルはあるものの迷わずカウンターに通される。
空いているにもかかわらず一人客は躊躇なくカウンターに通す店って余裕の無さが滲み出て辛気くさい。
案の定その後の店員（男性）とのやり取りも感じ良く進まない。
メニューの選択肢が沢山有りそうだがロース1択の自分にとっては肉の重さだけしかオプションは無かった。
店内にこだわりの食材が額縁になって掲げてある。
豚は那須高原豚で脂が美味いとの注釈で期待が膨らむ。真中の140グラム（1,738円）を選択。
確かに両端の脂は美味しい!ジュワッと脂の甘さが広がります。中間の赤身は柔らかいけど脂は感じず。
とんかつ用ソースは1つのみ。塩で先ずは食べたかったが眼の前に無かったのでソースで食べ続けたがふと数席先のカウンター見ると塩のミルが目に入る。
こういう事か…最初の嫌な予感がここで炸裂。
千切りキャベツ用のドレッシングはノンオイルでブラッドオレンジともう1種類の説明を受けたが塩は提供されなかった。
因みにそのキャベツ、メッチャ固い!歯応え強すぎ。
厨房とホールスタッフのお喋りも結構大きな声でカウンターから丸見えでうるさい。
宍道湖のシジミの味噌汁が赤出しでこれは肯定。
