鎌倉にあるビストロ「ビストロ オム 鎌倉（Bistro Omme）」
オムレツ料理をメインにした、本格派ビストロ。
2023年7月15日のオープンです。
小町通りから、洋食屋さんコアンドルを横目に、「鎌倉まめや」の角を左へ曲がり、脇道に入った住宅街にあります。
東京表参道で腕を振るったシェフが開発した”進化系オムレツ”はふわとろオムレツに合わせるソースが絶品！とのフレーズ。
特に、ここでしか味わうことのできない『看板商品』はフォアグラオムレツ。
ランチタイムメニューはオムレツ4種、オムライス3種、玉子のサンドウィッチ。セットには、前菜7種類の盛り合わせが付きます。
3個の卵でトロリと仕上げるオムレツにも惹かれながらも、オムライスメニューから、ドレープオムライスチーズオムレツに。
【前菜7種盛り合わせ】
「さつまいもとパイナップルのパテ」
滑らかにしたさつまいものペーストにパイナップルを合わせて。ラスクとともに。
「自家製ハニーチーズ豆腐、柚子風味」
クリームチーズに豆腐を加えた自家製チーズ豆腐に、柚子蜂蜜とパルミジャーノチーズを添えて。
「キャロットラペ」
りんごの甘煮と唐辛子のペースト入りの甘くてスパイシーなラペ。
「鴨のたたきと菜の花のわさび和え」
わさびが良いアクセント。
「海老とブロッコリーのアーリオ・オーリオマリネ」
ガーリックのきいた、みんな好きな組み合わせ。
「ブリのスモーク、春菊のジェノベーゼソース」
スモーキーなブリの美味しいこと。
「牛蒡と蓮根のカシス煮込み」
【メイン】
「ドレープオムライス
“blanc et noir ”あいがけ」
高い火力で半熟とろとろに仕上げたドレープ状オムレツの下にはガーリックライス。
デミグラスソースとホワイトソースのあいがけです。
デミグラスソースといっても、柔らかな牛の頬肉の煮込みになっていて、ホワイトソースには、香ばしく焼き上げた鶏むね肉がのせられる、賑やかな仕上がり。牛頬の煮込みはかなりビターできりっとした味わい。対して、ホワイトソースは柔らかな味わいとメリハリある組み合わせが楽しいです。きのこがたっぷりなのも、嬉しい。
【食後の飲み物】
「ホットコーヒー」
最後は、優しいスタッフさんと少しお話ししました。なんと、その方がオーナー様でした。夜のメニューには、オニオングラタンスープからの、ビストロ料理満載で、お昼のメニューとはまた違った楽しみが、あります。
可愛らしい一軒家なので、気持ちよく、長居しちゃいそうでした。
