ある日は諸々の用事で鎌倉をアチラコチラ。
サクッとランチを旧おせっかい食堂、現鎌倉御成町食堂でいただきました。
オーナーは変われどお子様ランチもあるし、おむつ替え台もあるのでチャイルドフレンドリーです。
『健康志向な食堂』掲題の通りなのは当然っ！ かつて母親連盟（現在は市民がつくる政治の会）の代表を務めたことがある方が経営する食堂なのです。 前々から気になってましたが鎌倉に支店…ameblo.jp
遅めに入ったため残念ながら五穀米が終わってしまい白米でしたが、ガツンと大満足。
生姜焼き定食ドーーーーンっ！！お野菜多めなのが嬉っ！！
生姜焼きも大ぶり玉ねぎのシャキっと感が際立って食べ応えありました。
舞台を控える身としてはカロリーオーバーでしたが、明るい店内で明るいスタッフに元気をいただいたから良いでしょう。
そっ、プロテインダイエットと思えば・・・笑。
