ムラサキスポーツ湘南鵠沼店の近くにあるパンケーキ専門店。
脇道を少し入ったところにあります。
テラス席は犬もOKとのことで、以前から気になっていたお店。
10月中旬頃にGOTOイートで予約して、ようやく伺えました。
GOTOイート…なんだかすでに懐かしい。
いつもながら更新が遅くて時期外れで申し訳ないです。

（鎌倉野菜のサラダ、スープ、ロングソーセージ、チーズハッシュドポテト、アメリカンベイクドフレンチパンケーキ、ドリンク）
パンケーキはいくつか種類があって、ふわふわなリコッタスフレパンケーキや、ノーマルタイプのミルクパンケーキも。
今回選んだのは、アメリカンベイクドフレンチパンケーキ。
厚焼きパンケーキをフレンチトースト液に漬け込み、オーブンでカリッと焼き上げたものです。
スキレットにのっていて、熱々で提供されます。
外はカリカリ、中はふわっととろける食感で、味は素朴でやさしい。
メープルシロップをたっぷりかけていただきました。
鎌倉野菜のサラダはいろんな野菜が入っていて、彩り豊か。
コーンポタージュスープは濃厚でした。
細長いロングソーセージは、ほどよく皮がパリッと中はジューシー。
チーズハッシュドポテトはやわらかくて、チーズの塩味がアクセント。
パンケーキとの相性も良く、どれも美味しかった。
雰囲気もとても良かったし、ほかの種類のパンケーキや復刻ナポリタンも気になる。
もう少し暖かくなったら犬連れでまた行きたいです。
