前から気になっていたパンケーキの店。
店の前に2台車を停めるスペースがあります。
1人だったので奥のカウンター席。テーブルは地元の主婦グループで満席です。
ランチは基本1,350円でパンケーキにサラダ、サイドディッシュが付いてくる。ドリンクは別です。
パンケーキは3種類から選び自分はリコッタスフレパンケーキ（100円増し）とサイドはアメリカンセット（ハッシュドポテトとボイルドソーセージ）
ハンドドリップコーヒーはセット価格で300円
パンケーキにはホイップバター少しとメイプルシロップが付いてきます。ホイップクリームは100円でトッピングできたが後で気付き残念ながら試せなかった。
ほぼメレンゲと言っていいくらいのパンケーキが3枚。最初の2枚はほぼairだったが時間が立って食べた最後の3枚目は空気が抜けて若干歯応えを感じた。なるほどスフレである。本場のスフレは賞味期限30秒とか言われるがまんざら嘘では無いのであった。
メイプルシロップはなんちゃって系では無くちゃんとしたメイプルシロップが提供されていた。
サイドのハッシュドポテトとソーセージ共に美味しくソーセージ特にパリッとジューシー。
全体的にボリュームは控えめなのでスープを注文すれば良かったと後で思った。
パンケーキに添えられているサラダが新鮮で当然美味しく店の本気度がうかがえた。
