A leisurely 10 minute walk from Kugenuma Kaigan Station. As you walk through a residential area, a small cafe suddenly appears. I knew it was a popular restaurant, but since it was early for lunch, I visited without a reservation. When I arrived at 11 o'clock and looked into the store, there were already 3 moms who had already placed their orders. There seemed to be only 2 tables for 4 people, 2 counter seats, and a terrace. When I entered the restaurant with high expectations, I was told that the restaurant was already fully booked. Just when I was about to give up, I was informed that my reservation would be delayed, and I was able to enter the store, albeit with a time limit. Thank you for your very quick response. Today's order is [Homemade ricotta soufflé Pancakes & soft-boiled egg potato gratin set] This is our most popular Pancakes. Richly whipped meringue is mixed with ricotta cheese to create fluffy Pancakes. There are 3 pieces, but you can eat them all in one go. [Shonan Wheat Thick Pancakes & American Set] Two tiers of thick 4cm tall Pancakes. Although it is voluminous, it is also surprisingly light. It's thickly baked yet fluffy and disappears in no time. [Kamakura Vegetable Soup] Today's soup was butternut pumpkin soup. The soup was lighter and not too sweet than regular pumpkin soup, and soaked into my body. Everything was delicious. It seems that it takes more than 20 minutes to bake Pancakes at a time, so it gets quite crowded. This time, I called suddenly, but the couple did their best to accommodate me. It's a homely shop that you'll want to visit if you're in the neighborhood. Thank you for the meal.
