やっと訪問。
ランチの値段はメインにより
1800円〜。
前菜も選ぶ。
私は田舎のパテを選択。
粗挽きで肉々しくウマイ。
これはオススメ。
Mainは鴨のコンフィ。
確か2500円。
低温で調理されたよう。
柔らかくて鴨の脂の旨味を感じる。
これは白ワインに合う！
