この日は藤沢でランチ。
やって来たのがこちらのダイニングバー。
場所は、JR藤沢駅南口を降り立ち、左手の商店街を徒歩5分。
そこにある雑居ビルの1Fにあります。
2003年2月1日オープンですので、わりと歴史を刻んだダイニングバーですね。
昼はカフェ、夜はダイニングバーとして利用出来、
本格炭火焼きグリル料理とイタリアンを中心としたフードメニュー、
多彩なカクテルなどのアルコールを提供しています。
ずっと昼飲み候補店として温めておいた当店ですが、
普通にランチ利用した方がお得そうでしたのでランチでの利用です。
開店時間となる11:30ジャストに手指消毒をしてから入店します。
一番客でしたが、すぐに女性4人組が来客しました。
店内は、右手前方の厨房に沿ってカウンターがありますが、
ランチはスープ・サラダ・ドリンクバーとして使われています。
あとは、入ってすぐ左手に6名掛けソファ。
その他は、3名掛けテーブル1卓、4名掛けテーブル6卓。
店頭にはテラス席もあります。
お好きなところにどうぞとのことで、左奥の4名掛けテーブルにゆったりと。
くだんの女性4名組は6名掛けソファに案内されていました。
おそらく予約していたのではと思われます。
つまり女子会用途としても活用されているんですね。
ランチメニューは店頭掲示の黒板でもチェックしていましたが、
本日のパスタと日替ランチは店内メニューを見ないと分かりません。
店内メニューは壁にプロジェクターで映し出されていました。
この日のランチメニューは、
・ネクサス風タコライス 1500円
・沖縄風タコライス 1300円
・本日のパスタ 1300円
この日はベーコンとキノコのカルボナーラ
・ネギトロとアボカドのカリフォルニア丼 1300円
・日替ランチ 1000円
この日はグリルチキン BBQソース(ライス付き)

というラインナップ。
ということで、
・ネクサス風タコライス 1500円
スープ・サラダ・ドリンクバー付き
をオーダーすることにしました。これが「オススメ 人気No.1」と書かれているので。
お店は、男性お一人で切り盛りしています。
お若い方ですね。夜になるとスタッフも増えるのかな？
店内は、ダイニングバーらしい間接照明を使ったやや薄暗い雰囲気。
大人向けの演出ではありますが、テーブルと椅子が食堂チックなのが惜しいかな。
BGMはジャズ。
メインが出来るまでは、スープ・サラダ・ドリンクバーを利用しながら待ちます。
17分ほどでメインも出来上がりました。
ネクサス風タコライスの内容は以下になります。
・アイスティー
ドリンクバーから。普通に美味しいです。
ちなみにドリンクバーには、オレンジジュース、アップルジュース、
パインジュース、コーラ、ウーロン茶、ホット・アイスコーヒーもありました。
・スープ
スープバーから。ミネストローネです。
具は、貝殻型のショートパスタであるコンキリエッテを中心に、
ミックスビーンズ、ジャガイモ、人参、キャベツ、セロリがたっぷりと。
濃厚な味付けでしたね。
野菜もたっぷり摂れるのでお代わりしましたが、
同時にコンキリエッテ、ジャガイモという炭水化物も摂取しますので、
これだけでもわりとお腹が膨れましたね（＾＾；
・サラダ
サラダバーから。
2種パプリカ、胡瓜、人参、レタス、キャベツのサラダです。
ドレッシングは、ゴマ、コブ、和風、レモン、シーザーの5種類。
お代わりしたのですが、1皿目はレモンドレッシング、2皿目は和風ドレッシング。
どっちのドレッシングもなかなか美味しかったです（＾＾）
・ネクサス風タコライス
ズッシリとした重量感のある石鍋でのサーブ。
ただし石焼きビビンバのように石鍋自体を熱々には熱していません。
食べた印象からは、300g前後くらいありそうなボリュームのライスの上に、
特製スパイスでソテーした黒毛和牛霜降りカットステーキ、レタス、トマト、
アボカド、2種パプリカ、玉ねぎ、シュレッドチーズ、ブラックオリーブ、
青ねぎを乗せたものです。タコミートが黒毛和牛になっただけではなく、
その他もゴージャスな顔ぶれですね（＾＾）
よく混ぜてから頂きました。
全体的な味付けは大人しい穏やかな印象です。
黒毛和牛の旨味と、シュレッドチーズの塩気とコクで頂く感じ。
そこにトマトの酸味と旨み、ジューシーさも加わって。
栄養バランスも良さそうですが、ボリュームもたっぷりに感じました。
この量だと女性だと持て余すのでは無いかなあ？男性だから多めにしたのかも？
・ホットコーヒー
ドリンクバーから。
ポットで保温されたランチクオリティの普通に美味しいものです。
この内容で1500円。タッチレスのPayPayでお支払い。
1500円ですので通常のランチとしてはお高いですが、
黒毛和牛霜降りカットステーキはコロコロと気前よく入っていましたし、
具材もゴージャスなタコライスでしたし、スープ・サラダ・ドリンクバー付き。
特にドリンクバーがありますので女子会にもウケるんだと思います。
安いランチにすれば1000円ですので、そうなるとかなりのお得感に。
ランチでもグランドメニューは頼めると思いますが、
スープ・サラダ・ドリンクバーの権利を行使できるランチメニューがオススメでしょう。
「オススメ 人気No.1」と書かれていたネクサス風タコライスも
確かにオススメだなあと感じました。1500円の価値はあります。
欲を言えばホットソースみたいな味変アイテムもあれば良かったのですが、
あまりかけ過ぎると黒毛和牛霜降りの甘みを感じなくなっちゃうかな。
