土曜日の12:30頃に伺いました。
店内にはスムーズに入店できました。
基本的に卵と牛乳は摂らないので
いつも卵と乳製品が入っていないパンを選びます
ライ麦が入っていて卵と乳製品が入っていないパンドセーグルを購入
サンドイッチやピザがたくさん売れるお店みたいですね。
サンドイッチの種類が豊富です。
私は普段小麦粉はほとんど摂りませんが
食品の商社をやっており、小麦粉も取り扱っているのでパン屋さんに行くのは好きで、百名店など名店に伺って試食するのは好きです。
コロナ禍には友人と台北でパン屋も始めました。
私は原料商社、友人はパン職人で役割分担されています。
我々と一緒に台湾や中国のパン屋さんで指導してくれそうなパン職人さんも探しているので、先ず百名店は全て行ってみようと思い活動しています。
日本産の小麦粉100%使用のパンを作っているお店に特に興味があります。
