こちらのお店は何を頼んでもすごく美味しいです
今年行って美味しかったお店の再訪は続く。本当は先週北鎌倉の「タケルクインディチ」に行ったん
ですが、ダウンライトの暗い店内だったせいか、撮った写真が全部ピンボケで、レビューを断念した。
慣れないスマホは本当に難しい。いまだに電話もメールも克服できず、写真を撮って食べログにアッ
プする専用となっている。やれやれ(溜息)
伺うと今夜も満員。本当に人気が窺われる。プレミアムの生ビールをいただいて、お料理の戦略を練
る。看板の「ソウルゲートキムチ」と「チヂミ」は必須として、後は前回と違うものを。結局「肉刺
し」「プルコギ」「トッポギ」をいただく。
「キムチ」と「チヂミ」は間違いない美味しさなんだけど、「プルコギ」と「トッポギ」のクオリテ
ィーもすごく高い。カウンターに座ったので調理の様子を見ていたけど、手作りのソースと、最後に
炭火で炙るなどのひと手間が、美味しさの秘密のようだ。お客さんが多いからご主人と女将さんの手
が休まることは無い。更に料理を持って行く前に、女将さんのチェックが入る。
最後の〆に万頭をいただく。これもたれがすごく美味しい。満足でした。
来年もまた定期的に伺います。
藤沢にも、焼肉屋さんじゃない美味しい韓国料理さんが
私達夫婦は子供がいないこともあって、週末は大抵外食だが、奥さんがなかなか首を縦に振らないの
が、焼肉、中華、エスニックだ。こってりしたもの、脂っこい物、香りの強いものは好きじゃないら
しい。中華はお昼に食べるにしても、私はできれば焼肉やタイ料理を食べたいのだが、なかなかそう
も行かない。ならばと、焼肉屋さんじゃない韓国料理を探すと、引っかかって来たのがこちらのお店。
藤沢は若い子育て世代が多いから、焼肉屋さんや回転ずし屋さんが多い。焼肉屋さんじゃない、ちょ
っとおしゃれな韓国料理屋さんなんて、恵比寿とか麻布とか行かないと無いのかと思ったら、意外に
あるものだ。
お店が変わっちゃった旧グリーチネのあるビルの4Fにお店がある。藤沢駅前の外れで満席で断られ
ると厳しいので、予約をして伺う。7時に伺うと満席。胸を撫でおろす。まず生ビールを頼むと、サ
ッポロ黒ラベルと、エビスマイスターがあるそうなのでエビスを。苦みがある美味しいビールでした。
テーブルにはロースターが付いていないので、奥さんも機嫌がいい。「ソウルゲートキムチ」「九条
ネギのチヂミ」「チャプチェ」「国産ハラミの炭火焼き」をお願いする。お酒は私が追加で黒ラベル
の生ビールを貰った後に、南アフリカのシラーズをいただく。こちらはワインも赤白数種ずつ置いて
ある。ワインは3,000円なのでそれほどいい物じゃないけど、意外と飲み飽きしない。輸入社を見る
と、毎週購入する西新橋のカーブドリラックス。結構拘ったものを扱っている。
始めに「ソウルゲートキムチ」が。一口食べただけで、この店のレベルを知ることになる。美味しい。
海鮮はじめいろんなキムチがミックスしてあるようだが、焼肉屋さんが出すキムチのレベルでは無い。
続いて「九条ネギのチヂミ」。これも美味しい。チヂミの食感もサクサクだが、たれも美味しい。こ
の辺りで、このお店が只者ではないことに気づく。
そして「チャプチェ」。チャプチェは焼肉のたれ風味の春雨炒めくらいにしか考えていな方が、こち
らのチャプチェは、海鮮白湯スープで、あっさりしているのにコクがある。今日一のお皿でした。
ハラミはテーブルで焼くのかと思ったら、ちゃんと焼いたのを持ってきてくれる。レアに近い焼き加
減でこれも美味しかった。お店の看板メニューのよう。
最後に石焼ビビンバで〆て、お会計は11,000円ちょっと。こんな高レベルの、焼肉じゃやない韓国
料理を提供するお店が、藤沢にあるとはちょっと驚き。これからも通おうと思います。

As I have written many times, my wife's preferences are the top priority when it comes to choosing a restaurant for our family to eat out. It can't be helped because the power relationship is like that. My wife is pretty bad at it, or rather, there are many genres that she doesn't really like, and one of them is Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which is classic when it comes to eating out. On the other hand, I feel lonely eating yakiniku alone, so I haven't eaten Yakiniku (Grilled meat) for quite some time. I quite like it though. Instead, he doesn't dislike Korean Cuisine, so this restaurant is acceptable. In short, grilling succulent meat on a grid is not a good idea. This store was closed when the coronavirus infection spread. After that, the restaurant resumed its lunchtime hours, but a little while ago it resumed its nighttime hours with restrictions on the days of the week. I was looking forward to its reopening, so I visited on Culture Day. Recently, more and more restaurants are allowing you to make reservations through Tabelog, so here it is. When I visited in the evening, the store was about half full. There were some reserved plates at the empty tables, but the place was not full. Before the coronavirus, the restaurant was very busy on weekends and you could barely get in without a reservation, but if the restaurant isn't open at night for a while, customers may be turning away. I sit down at a table and ask for a beer. There are regular and premium, so go for the premium. It's a master's dream. Now that I think about it, I somehow remember that it was indeed the case. It's just not very tasty. This may be because there are fewer customers and the beer turnover rate is lower. The effects of the coronavirus are also felt in these areas. As usual, I ordered Soul Gate kimchi, Seafood pancake, and charcoal-grilled beef skirt steak. Skirt steak costs 2,160 yen for 100 grams, so I bought 150 grams. Drink a bottle of wine. Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. Let's start with kimchi. The kimchi here is probably authentic, but it has Seafood in it, and the flavor is delicious. I feel like I was a little more confused before. Next is panchijimi. This pancake is exquisite. It goes perfectly with Kujo green onions and is a perfect dish. And charcoal-grilled skirt steak. Even my wife won't complain if the restaurant grills the meat like this (lol).The meat was tender and I was satisfied. Finally, we finished off the meal with stone-grilled bibimbap. On the way home, I chatted with the staff for a while while waiting for the elevator. Apparently, the number of customers in the evening was not very good, probably because the restaurant was temporarily closed. There would be no problem if the restaurant were open all the time, but I find it difficult to operate a restaurant.
