今回は、
寒ブリ刺身
アカザ海老
ムラサキウニ、バフンウニ
などを美味しくいただいた。
日本酒も進む進む。結構酔った。

牡蠣を食べる目的で再訪した。
つけだしでいきなり蒸し牡蠣を頂くがこれは、生っぽいところと熱が入って独特の牡蠣エキスが混ざってなかなかの一品だと思った。
当然、生も美味しいが今回は蒸し牡蠣に軍配。
それ以外は、タラバ蟹？の子持ち版でオスよりもふたまわり以上小ぶりな蟹の脳味噌と卵をチビチビ食べる。
恥ずかしながら、蟹味噌が美味いものだと認識したのはこれが初めて。
相変わらずの味童貞？である。未開な味はまだまだ多い。楽しみでもある。

初めて入った。藤沢駅近辺で前から気になっていた寿司屋。前回トライした時はすでに閉店間際で失敗。
まずは
しめ鯖・・・ちょっと〆すぎで身が固めにまってしまっている。ちょっと残念。
めかぶ・・・程よく酢が効いていて美味い。
お造り・・・深海ものの海老？が甘みがあってちょっとした驚き。良い。
握り・・・小ぶりのシャリが嬉しい。赤身、金目鯛、カツオ。いずれも程よい脂が美味。
〆サンマ・・・握りにしてもらった。これは唸るうまさ。
時価ではなくメニューに記載されているのがいいが、それでもそれなりの値段はするものだ。
美味しいものを高い安い言わずに普通に感謝出来るような人間になりたい。
