藤沢では評判のお寿司屋さんでいつか行こうと思いつつも延び延びとなって
いたのがようやく訪れることができました。
お店が地下ということを知らなかったのでちょっと探してしまいましたが、あまり
時間もかけずに見つけて入店。
やや遅めの時間に行ったのですがまだまだかなりの混雑で人気のほどが窺えます。
冷酒におまかせで刺し盛をオーダー。８種程度を一切れづつ盛り合わせてくれました。
貝は非常に柔らかく、マグロは脂の乗りが非常に良かったのですが、個人的には
中トロよりは赤身を出してくれる方がうれしかったかも。
続いて焼き物は西京焼をいただき、これも程よい漬け込みで、酒の肴にぴったりでした。
最後に握りをいただきましたが、アナゴと鳥貝とカンピョウ巻きそれに玉子が美味し
かったです。ついつい飲みすぎて予算オーバーしてしましましたが、値段を聞いても
十分納得の数字でした。次回はいついけるかわからないけど、季節を変えて別の
ネタをいただきたいですね。
