この日は藤沢を散策。
やって来たのがこちらのスペイン料理専門店。
場所は、JR藤沢駅南口から徒歩3分ほどの自社ビルのB1F。
同自社ビルの1Fにも惚太郎 藤沢南口店を展開する、
株式会社 ミルスペースの経営するお店になります。
本当は、別のお店に行く予定だったのですが、まさかの貸切営業で、
急遽こちらにスイッチした次第。
階段を下りてB1Fの店内に入ります。
念のため、ランチメニュー以外の提供も可能か伺うとOKとのこと。
ということで店内中央付近の2名掛けテーブルに座ることに。
お店は、男性2名、女性1名の計3名で切り盛り。
店内の雰囲気としては、カジュアルなスペイン居酒屋という感じです。
BGMは、洋楽ポップス系が流れています。
しばらく卓上のメニューと黒板メニューを眺めます。
ということで、この日は以下を頂くことにしました。
・Cava Yate Brut 800円
スペインのスパークリングワインです。
辛口で定番のスパークリングワインですね。
・スペイン産熟成ハモンセラーノ 500円
スペインを代表する生ハム。
500円でこれだけの量があるのは良心的だと思いました。
ハムのクオリティもなかなかでしたし。
・イカのすみ煮 1000円
バゲットを4切れ添えられてのサーブ。
このバゲットがカリッと焼かれており、わりと美味しいんです。
色味は白っぽくて美味しそうに見えなかったのですが。
イカのすみ煮は、スルメイカとそのワタを細かく刻んで煮込んだものです。
バゲットとの相性も良くて。
・I Bastioni 700円
イタリア産の赤ワインです。ぶどうは、サンジョベーゼ、メルロ。
タンニンと酸味が印象的で、その後に果実味が来ます。
ミディアムボディでなかなかの美味しさ。
・生ソーセージとひよこ豆のフラメンカエッグ 900円
熱々の陶器の器でのサーブ。こちらもバゲット4切れを添えて。
具は、生ソーセージとひよこ豆。それらをスパイシートマトソースで煮込み、
中央に生卵を落として焼き上げたものです。
生ソーセージ自身もサラミのようなスパイシーさがありましたが、
トマトソースがスパイシー＆ホットでしっかりと辛口でした。
これは美味しかったなあ。好みの味付けで。
バゲットともそうですが、赤ワインとの相性は抜群でしたよ。
・Chateau La Tour de By 800円
フランス産の赤ワインです。ぶどうは、カベルネソーヴィニヨン、メルロ。
こちらもタンニンと酸味が印象的で。
ミディアムボディで、最後の方はスパイシーに感じました。
これで消費税376円を加えて、〆て5076円。
もっとチェーンっぽい普通の味を想像していたのですが、
今回頂いた料理は、専門店レベルのちゃんとしたスペイン料理でした。
特に生ソーセージとひよこ豆のフラメンカエッグは良かったです（＾＾）
難癖を付けるとすれば、ワインのグラスがいかにもチープですので、
もう少し高級感を感じられるものにした方が宜しいかと。
それなりのお値段のワインですし、ワインを売りにしていますので。
