辻堂駅付近でランチを食べる事になり以前から気になっていたふぐ料理屋に行ってみました。
この時期なので河豚はありませんが刺身や天婦羅等普通の和食が用意されています。
店に入るとまずカウンター席が目に飛び込んできますが左手には個室の小上がりがあり
割と広めの造りです。
ランチタイムの遅い時間に行ったので他にお客さんはいませんでした。
カウンターでも小上がりでもお好きな方へという事だったのでカウンター席につきました。
カウンター内にはこのお店の大将がいて給仕は大将よりも年配の男性。
メニューを見ると900円から2,600円まであり手を出しやすい価格になってます。
・ちらし寿司味噌汁付き 900円
・にぎり寿司味噌汁付き 1,300円
・特製天丼味噌汁付き 1,100円
・月セット 1,700円
ランチ一品・季節の炊き合わせ・茶碗蒸し・コーヒー
・華セット 2,100円
月セットに天婦羅盛り合わせが付きます。
・雪セット 2,600円
華セットに刺身盛り合わせが付きます。
セットのランチはお寿司が６貫、天丼の海老が１本になるそうです。
欲張りな私は迷う事無く雪セットでランチ一品はお寿司にしました。
アラカルトメニューから小柱のかき揚げも追加してまずはビールで喉を潤します。
・お通し
ビールを頼んだら鯵の南蛮漬けがお通しとして出て来ました。
味は極々普通ですが酢がきいているので口の中がサッパリします。
・お刺身
鰹、鯛、烏賊いくら。
特筆すべき点はありませんが烏賊は少々かたくて甘みがなく食べづらかったです。
・季節の炊き合わせ
見た目華やかな盛り合わせですが残念ながら１番美味しく感じたのが枝豆でした。
冬瓜も南瓜も里芋も全て自分で作った方が美味しいレベルでがっかり。
・小柱のかき揚げ（1,000円）
小柱のかき揚げには獅子唐と茄子の天婦羅が添えられていました。
茄子や獅子唐はいいのですが小柱のかき揚げは中がべチャッとしていて柔らかい衣を
食べている感じでした。
お塩と天つゆがありましたがこの衣だと塩で食べるのはきつそうなので全て天つゆで
いただきました。
・お寿司
ネタの説明がなかったので詳しい事はわかりませんがシラスの軍艦巻き、甘海老、鯵、
漬け鮪等６貫と卵が乗っていました。
これまた特に美味しい物はなく極々普通でした。
漬けも期待してましたが旨みがイマイチで味が薄い気がしました。
・天婦羅盛り合わせ
海老、茄子、キス、ししとうの天婦羅盛り合わせはカラリと揚がっていて天つゆも
ちょうどいい味なので美味しくいただきました。
海老はほんのりとした甘さで美味しかったです。
・茶碗蒸し
出汁のきいた茶碗蒸しで美味しかったです。
・特製天丼
海老、茄子、獅子唐、烏賊、薩摩芋、キスが乗った天丼でボリューム満点です。
天丼の端に漬物が添えられているのですが、これがいい箸休めになります。
しっかり甘さのある丼つゆでご飯がすすむ味わい。
烏賊が柔らかく甘みもあって美味しかったです。
ランチ一品の中ではこちらが一番お得かもしれません。
・味噌汁
葱の味噌汁でした。
・コーヒー
和食屋では珍しいコーヒー付きでした。
味はランチコーヒーの範疇です。
辻堂育ちの大将と昔話に花が咲き思いがけず楽しい一時を過ごせました。
一見無口そうに見えたのですが意外にも気さくな方で話しやすかったです。
