藤沢駅北口にあるデパート、さいかや8階にあるレトロな喫茶店【がすとう】に行ってきました。
土曜日の18時頃でしたが店内は２割程度のみ。
前からレトロな雰囲気を醸し出しており行ってみたいと思っておりました。恥ずかしながら店名の読み方がわからず今回調べてみましたが直ぐに忘れそうです(笑)
・ハンバーグのオーブン焼き（ライス付き）￥940
※一般的なサイズなので850kcalくらいかな。
あくまでも個人の見解です☆
お店のレトロな雰囲気同様ハンバーグも昔ながらの懐かしい感じです。硬めのハンバーグに濃いめのデミグラスソースでした。安心する味です。
