Kushibei's Fujisawa store, which has two restaurant at Fujisawa Station
There are two restaurant at Fujisawa Station, the main store and the Fujisawa store, and since I had been to the main store before, I decided to visit the Fujisawa store. The Fujisawa branch has some menu items that are different from other restaurants, such as salt motsu stew, yam offal egg, and green kara Gyoza / Dumpling, but most of the other Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), such as yakitori, are the same. The main store is open from 11:00 on weekdays, but this one opens from 3:00 pm on weekdays, so I made a reservation at 3:00 pm and came to the store. As it was a weekday, it was quite crowded. I immediately ordered beer and toroba, but I was told that the toroba wasn't ready yet, so I decided to order something else until it was ready. First of all, I ordered stewed salt motsu, yam offal egg, skin, heart, liver, shiro, pork with a bottle of salt each, and pork belly sauce. Shio motsu stew is packed with various offal and has a light flavor and is extremely delicious. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is still delicious, but I ordered the pork nankotsu, but the chicken nankotsu arrived, which was a bit disappointing. I didn't want to go out of my way to say it, so I ate it as is, but the chicken naankotsu is delicious on its own. After a while, it seemed like the Toro Toba was ready, so I ordered more and enjoyed it.I also had the Toro Tamama Hormone Egg, which was very delicious as it had a fair amount of Hormone on it and matched with the soft egg. I would like to come back again because I can try menu items that are not available at other restaurants.

別の焼き鳥屋さんに行った後に、無性に串兵衛が食べたくなったので、本店ではなく藤沢店に来店しました。
平日水曜日の19時頃の来店で、一人なら普通には入れました。
トロレバと、ハツのたれ塩一本ずつ、ねぎまのたれ塩一本ずつを注文。
トロレバはすぐに出てくるので、お通しと一緒にいただきますが、相変わらず低温調理されたレバーが非常においしいです。
お通しのキャベツも日替わりのたれがとてもおいしくて、これだけでお酒が何倍も行けちゃいます。
少ししてハツとねぎまが到着しますが、どちらもちょうどよい焼き加減で、お肉もとてもおいしいです。
ビールを何杯かいただいてこの日はお店を後にしました。
また来店したいですね。
